If like many others, you are looking to make an entrance into the world of competitive running, this one is for you. Introducing PROJECT PB, a personalized training plan and open community designed to inspire and enable every runner to discover their full potential.

World-class endurance coach, Chris Hinshaw, gives a deep dive into his new and unique training resource with adidas, that is set to help ambitious, driven runners of every level reach their goals. The 12-week program, named PROJECT PB, helps you to reach your PB, personalized to a 10K distance.

Chris shares a breakdown of each block in the 12-week journey and introduces the core focus. Delving into Blocks 1, 2 and 3, Chris explains how to challenge all major touch points in the body so that at the end of the program, you are fully equipped to work towards your PB. The three workouts per week, outlined in the program, will maximize fitness in the most effective and efficient way. Tapping into his extensive experience, Chris will take participants through interval stye workouts and personalized paces.
